Serviced Residence Recommendations with 2 year old

Moving with Husband & 2 year old in September for at least 6 months possibly 1 year. Husbands work is located in Sheung Wan, but we do not necessarily need to be locate in that area as he will not always have to go into the office. The company will be paying for a serviced apartment. I wanted to get opinions/ advice on which serviced apartments have some or all of the following

- kid friendly & clean

- pool

- park or playground facility either on premise or nearby

- quiet area

- larger apartments

- close proximity to some sort of larger grocery and or conveniences

- close enough ( 5-10 minute walk) to MTR or taxi stand
