Need advice on bad landlord

Hi everyone,


I am renting a flat in midlevels and have a very bad landlord.

When the aircon stopped working and started liking water it took us days to make it repair it (only at the end because my son felt because of the water on the floor). When the washing mashine broke down (10 years old), he took them weeks to replace it.(we had to pay landry fees for weeks). Now, the fridge broke down, and because we don't want to resign for another contract with them, they told us that they don't want to repair it.

All the electrical appliances are old in the flat, so it is normal that they need repair/replacement. We are leaving the flat in 7 weeks and can not stay without fridge so what can we do?


Also, because of their attitude I am worried that they won't give us back our deposit. What can I do to make sure that they will refund us? (nothing has been broken, no complain has been made about us, and we have always respected all our obligations (like paying on time ...)
