Hi,

Would like to know if there are online listing of public schools, preferrably segregated by area/district? Would also like to know how the registration process works, school year and so on. I have a 3 year old and will be moving to HK in a month's time. Thanks!

If your child is not profieicent in Chinese, I suggest:


1) you enrol your son in a local kindy immediately to prepare him for primary at age 6

2) you consider one of the schools designated for Non-Chinese speaking children. These schools have more resources to teach children learning Chinese as a Second language. You can search around the EDB site that Cara gave you - it's there somewhere.
