Hi all,

Is their a fair trading tribunal for consumer issues in HK ... or something similar? I am having an issue with HSBC and want to know what my options are outside just lodging a complaint with HSBC directly.

There's the Consumer Council.

You can complain to them and they will ask HSBC to respond.

You can try lodging a complaint with hk monetary authority. Be prepared for the generic response of "please try to find an agreement/compromise" with your bank first, then followup. They're a little slow to respond but they do. Don't forget to send a copy of your complaint to the bank's hq.
