I accidentally brushed against my memory stick while it was plugged in, which partially ripped the part of the stick that connects it to the computer. I've had the IT team in my office look at it because I have really important data on this memory stick and although they say I should be able to get the data from the device, they don't know how.
I've contacted Sandisk but they say they don't provide this type of support. Does anyone know where I could get the data recovered from this device, or better yet repaired?

I realize that actually only ONE wire seems to be disconnected but I don't own a soldering iron. I'll go shopping around Wanchai computer center to see if I can find someone. Thanks.
