i-cable vs pccw now tv

Now TV is massively hiking up the rates in our area whilst still providing a mere 8 MB internet. I-cable is a lot cheaper and has moved to 50 or 130 MB fiber optic . My husband is also quite interested in the EPL soccer.

I have my concerns with i-cable because I was told that if you have a problem, you can never get through their hotline for service.

Can anyone give me some idea on your experience with i-cable? Is it as bad as others claim?

Haven't had experience of I-Cable but I know several who have, and none of them have ever said anything good about them and have frequently complained about service. I do find PCCW quite bad with their service too though...

Service level of both iCable and PCCW are on a par with the rest of the industry in HK - below average. Just accept it and move on.
