Looking to get a duplicate number plate for my bike carrier..Wondering how to go about it,

Car spares & accessories shop, most that do them have a plate hanging up near the front of the shop as a sample. They usually cost HK$50-HK$80 and can be done in minutes. -Think I saw one on Jaffe Rd Wanchai recently.

The one on Jaffe Road is Lee Man and is a couple of doors up from the Handlebar pub.

You can get them to drill holes in the place you want as well
