Pay taxes with a foreign credit card?!

Hey guys -- I have a juicy new American Visa credit card that I'm itching to use.

I want to pay my HK taxes with it! I'll get tons of rewards points if I can pull that off.

BUT, I ask you, is that even possible? Will the HK tax people accept a foreign credit card?

If not, is it worth it to find an HK-based alternative?

I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!

My understanding is that you cannot pay your HK Taxes via Credit Card... I too thought of all the points, but alas, no - only by cash, bank transfer, EPS or cheque..
