Does anyone know where I can get a Wok Induction Cooker? Something along the lines of this. http://chuhe.en.alibaba.com/product/498723708-213402389/220v_restaurant_wok_induction_cooker.html


I already tried the shop in Wan Chai that has a bunch of kitchen appliances (Gas something of a kind? I can't recall the exact name), as well as Sogo, and so far nothing. Any suggestions???

Funny, seems we're both on the same hunt. Hope someone sees this and replies. Strange that they are so readily available in Europe etc but not in the Land of Wok.

Before you buy the wok induction cooker, check the BTU's. Ideally, you will need a minimum of 12.5k-15.0k.
