Hi monchihk, i know a girl who provide the shellac home service, lovely charming chinese girl who speak perfect english, and i think she charge reasonable as a home visit service, around $400 for shellac on hand, and she doesn't charge me any traffic fare when she visited, her name is mei mei, if you interest i can give you her number :)
