Used it last month. Compare to economy class you will have more space for your legs, the seat is wider and the screen bigger. Food is same as economy. Of course is not as comfortable as the business class but better than traveling in economy!

Flew cx premium economy at Christmas. Seats seemed bigger than the ba version and definitely more comfortable. Legroom very good and seats reclined much further than ba too. Food good, a step up from economy. Cabin had approx 30 ish seats and its own toilet (unlike ba). Overall was impressed.

I found the seats of be slightly bigger than the economy class seats.
I found that you have just slightly more leg room than the economy class.
To me, it really didn't make much difference because you are still sitting up most of the time.
It was nice that there was a separate check in counter for premium economy, whereas there was a longer lineup for economy class checkin.
the food was the same as economy class.
there was only one toilet and at times there was a lineup for premium economy.
In my opinion, premium economy is only Slightyly better and not worth the money.
