6 Month Furnished Apt, Pet Friendly?

My husband and I are moving to Hong Kong mid-January for 6 months - 1 year. We will both be working from home, so we need good Wifi and a desk area. We are open to different areas of town, as long as we are within a short walking distance to the MRT. We also have a small, 10 pound dog. I am having trouble finding furnished apts that will do a short term lease that also accept pets. Budget approximately HK$23,000/month.
