borrowing a drill and getting rid of unwanted stuff

Hi, I just moved to Clearwater Bay 3 months ago and I realised there was no easy way to borrow a drill or a ladder for the move. I also found it hard to get rid of stuff. So I decided to create an app to fix the problems. I need some help from you guys regarding


1. any ideas I may have missed

Thanks for letting me know. I hope this app will do good, enabling a simple solution for busy people to buy/sell/trade. Please let your friends know about it. If I can get enough people to sign up, it'll validate my assumptions and I can move faster into developing the app.
