Starting 1st January Property Agents in Hong Kong are required to display the saleable area of properties in all advertisements. Would it be possible to add a slot for net area to AXpat property advertising?
I've begun updating my own advertisements by adding saleable area in the comments, but I expect many will either not bother, or simply forget. The main concern I have is that the property pages will become a happy hunting ground for the Estate Agent's Authority looking for violations.

We will be adding that when we relaunch in Q1... in the meantime we will ask agents to indicate this info in the comments for each listing
