Help!!!I am desperate for finding a good hairdresser to cut my long thick wavy hair!

Any recommendation? My budget is less than $300. THANKS!!!!!

Paul at O2. he is amazing, just amazing. My hair is the curliest you can imagine. He can cut it so stylishly, don't recognise myself. If you go, pls say that you heard from Fiona, I would just like him to know I recommend, just for goodwill.
