Commercial Activity in Residential Property

Looking for some advice on dealing with a difficult situation. We have had issues with our upstairs neighbors (lots of noise at all hours of day & night) from the moment we moved in. I have complained to building management, wrote letters, confronted the neighbors in person and nothing has helped.


Finally today we got a lucky break. We found out the they are running a commercial business on the premises. I have proof of this as I found a business webpage as well as a Facebook page both containing photos of the inside of the flat, as well as pictures of the tenant while performing her commercial activity.


My question is this enough evidence to get them kicked out of the flat? If so how do I do it?
