hi mimi,

just do it at home but be cautious, i don't think it's worth the money to have it done by a "professional".

check reviews online, and chose a low % to start with. and if u come across any problem in the process then make sure u use a cream made out of calendula.

again be cautious. and if u get it done by a professional then know that this individual isn't immune from mistakes, and it all depends on ur skin. so caution must be applied here.

What do you want a chemical peel for? Lightening? Tightening?

You could try a laser facial at Bella. I know Bella are expensive but the reason they are is because they are not some cheap place, using a cheap laser machine that really has minimal effect.

Or this place in Central was telling me about their, can't remember the name, micro collagen facial thing, where they have a machine that makes tiny pinpricks on your skin, such as injuring it so make it produce more collagen. She said their machine is less painful than the older method of doing this by hand, by rolling something over the face.

She was raving about it. Haven't tried it but I'm keen, one day...

I think peel is good, lighten the skin and pigmentation. But I think it's better to be performed by a professional

chemical peeling is not a good choice. My mum had it done before, it was horrendous! Once your skin is exposed to sun, it became worst than before. I would suggest you to try nuskin ageloc and galvanic spa. You can contact me for more info (tan_sinyee@yahoo.com)
