Travel from Sai Keng Village

Couple of questions. How difficult is it to get on a bus (299 or 99) or minibus in the mornings to go to Ma On Shan / Wu Kai Sha or minibus (807B) to University? Are they usually full. I'm guessing the steps up from the village are pretty hard going in summer. Is it viable living there without a car?

Thanks

Thanks. I may have to get a car, but I don't want to take on the expense of running one. Anyone else live in Sai Keng or on the Sai Ha Road with any opinions? Thanks.

Get me a car for as cheap as $5000 please, I use to live round there mini buses are always full because everyone gets on at the main stop where as Sai keng is halfway that's why it's always full, but u can wake up earlier to get out to get a space. Depends what time u set off. 99 n 299 come every 20-30 mins and are very slow . Or u can walk to the next village teng tau they have a minibus stop for 807K which also goes to university n ma on shan
