Where can I buy quality olive oils, including extra?

I always bought at park n shop and wellcome, often choosing their brand, but after reading about adulterated virgin oils, I am not so confident that they are 100% olive oil as stated on the label. A specialist friend on holiday here said they were adulterated. who should I report this to? consumer council?

Is there anyway common ppl can know if it is adulterated?

places in Tai po or Shatin would be nice but can go anywhere in HKG.

share your experience and knowledge

thanks in advance

Prizemart or Yata in Tai Po have a good selection of imported olive oils by major international brands.

Premiere Pression Provence is a small shop at upper end of Graham Street (on the right if you're walking up towards Hollywood Road), Central, which may be worth popping into (look for the blue frontage) as extra virgin oil is what It does. Not only do they tell you, almost down to the olive grove, which area the individual oils are from but they also supply the name of the families who grew the olives. Pricey, but at least you know the provenance. They offer samples so you can taste before buying. I seem to remember it also sells pates and jams (or should I say confitures)

(I have no association with the shop, other than as an occasional customer; I walk past it to and from work every day.)

The Redoro extra virgin oil seems like a genuine quality product. Again is their an independent website that reviews the oil? also is it suitable for stir frying as well?
