Approx per Kg Air or Sea/freight rates to the UK - anyone know them?

Am planning on moving back to Ireland in the summer and have a lot of stuff to ship. Anyone know approx how much freighting is per kilo or cubic meter?

The rate is usually quoted per cubic foot or metre and generally depends on the volume of goods you are shipping. If you take the whole of a 20 foot or 40 foot container then the rate will be lower than if you ship a part-container. Some goods will need more packaging than others depending on how fragile they are.

We would suggest you contact 3 or 4 companies who will come and give you a very accurate quote based on the items you want to ship, and then you can decide which one to use. If you need names of international moving companies please call our office 2815 5444.
