How does a spouse with no employment/tax/bank statements as proof apply for this? Do I just submit application for verification ROP 145 with passport pages showing visas as "proof" of the last 7 years?? Also as I am listed as a dependent on my husbands declaration form ROP146 do I submit my own declaration too?

Suggest you contact the Government Department directly. They are extremely helpful and you may remain anonymous. For general enquiries, please call (852) 2824 6111, fax (852) 2877 7711 or send email to enquiry@immd.gov.hk.

The passport pages will be enough.

Since smart ID is introduced in the early 2000s, Immigration actually has your travel records. The proof is just a formality, left over requirement from the days before electronic records. (you just need to submit something, anything.)

As a dependant you don't need to show all of that. You will need to supply completed forms ROP145 and 146 along with any visa copies, etc that's asked for. That's it.
