Does anyone know at what age does a child require a ticket to get into the stadium?

I know a child ticket is only up to age 12.

Does a 1yr old or a 3 yr old require a ticket?

I can't find anywhere on the official website that states this.

I know from word of mouth that small children aren't asked for tickets, but I would like a more reliable source and not be caught out showing up on the day without enough tickets.

I also tried calling the rugby union but they seem to be keeping the phone off the hook.

I think it's officially once they reach 3 years, but to be on the safe side email the lady at HKRFU who deals with the tickets ... I've pm'd you her email address.
