Does anyone know where I can buy them? I'm looking for parsley, thyme, rosemary etc ... basically anything that will grow here in a window box.

Don't know where you are based, but you can get all sorts of herb seeds from K.K.Horticulture Nursery in Sai Kung ... or probably most of the nurseries around there. I've also bought ready potted herbs from P&F Gardens in Pokfulam, so I assume they must also have the seeds ...

Many of the shops in and around Flower Market Road in Prince Edward sell packets of seeds, including herb and vegetable seeds. They have a very good choice. You'll also be able to buy the plants at very reasonable prices. Mint, lemon balm, rosemary, Thai basil, sweet basil are usually about $15 a pot.
