Bad landlord please help

Hi,


I am currently living in a shared flat and we have handed in our notice to move out at the end of the month.


We have paid 2 months deposit as is the norm but suspect that our landlord will try and keep the money rather than give it back to us.


If they refuse to pay us back even though we have not broke the contract and kept our end of the bargin what are our options in terms of getting the money back.

I thought pro bono was illegal in HK?
