I lent a good friend of mine $30,000 last July, she was supposed to have paid it all back within a few months but she still hasn't paid any! She always says she doesn't have money to pay me! What can I do to get my money back? Any suggestions welcome! Thanks

You can try writing her an email demanding payment (I'm assuming you didn't sign a promissory note or any document acknowledging the debt). When she responds by saying she doesn't have any money to pay you, you can use the email as proof and go to small claims tribunal. hth.

Which is more valuable friendship or money, maybe she really doesn't have any to repay so give her more time. If she is out every night living it up then maybe she is abusing your friendship

The OP needs the money herself as in another post she was asking how to get her alimony money. But indeed, money matters can lose you some friends.
