My husband finished his last day of work with his HK employer at the end of May and they have still haven't paid him his last month, plus vacation pay and bonus. They are notoriously late playing employees. He is no longer living in HK and has emailed me them regularly asking for his pay. They said soon, but it's been over a month. I'm his wife, still living in HK until the end of July. Is there anything I can do? What legal action can he take?
