Dear all,
I am planning to move to Ocean Shore, Tiu Keng Leng or The Wings, TKO before the start of new school term this Summer. I have seen both apartments via real estate agent. However I would like to get your comments or feedback about the two apartments before i finally made up my mind. Thnx.

I lived at Ocean Shores for 2 years before moving to Hang Hau 3 years ago. Great facilities at OS, probably better than Wings simply because of the size of the clubhouse. One of the biggest outdoor pools I have seen, plus another outdoor and 2 indoor pools. Shopping at OS is not great though, with a small ParkN Shop at Metro Town and poor restaurant choices. Wings has Popcorn, Edge and TKO Plaza with much better shopping and eating choices. Build quality at OC is quite good (SHK/Swire) but not sure about Wings.
