Hi all. Can I demand spousal and child support from my husband? If yes, how and where can I do it? I really need advice on this. Thank you so much.

I always thought that making the demand is the easy part, it's the implementation that's the tricky part.


You may want to search something about "Wage Garnishments" and see whether you can get support through that route.

Thanks punter, will research on that. Husbands leaving their wives think they can always get away so easily. They think like "hey you just stayed at home, you didn't contribute any so you don't deserve any!"
