The six-year-old boy went out to play and was found several hours later by his parents with his eyes removed.
Police found the little boy's eyeballs at the scene. Initial local reports said the corneas were missing, potentially pointing towards organ trafficking.

The extremely distraught paternal aunt (Dad's brother's wife) who baby sat him committed suicide by diving in the the well. Caught the tail end of the announcement on evening news and will see the link tomorrow.
Human cornea costs rmb $30K from hospital. Hospital buys them from donner "families".
