need advice please!!!
a greentop minibus hit my car a month ago. i had filed police report and rented car to go to work. my car was in repair for a month. now the car is done. i have comprehensive insurance. insurance agent told me that i need to pay partial for repair n no refund for rental car. isn't that insurance company in hk suppose to ask the minibus insurance to pay for repair n rental car since is the minibus fault?

You need to keep receipts including your insurance excess payment and take civil action against the minibus. Should have checked with your insurance company before renting
