My ex doesn't pay my maintenance on time and cuts it when he feels like it! We only had a verbal agreement on how much he would pay. What can I do? I can't afford a solicitor.

Applications for legal aid can be submitted in person or online by filling in a questionnaire and providing the required financial information of the applicant (e.g. bank statements, salary slips).
