Know anything about selling on Rakuten?

Hello. I'm thinking of selling on Rakuten Ichiba (rakuten.co.jp), but there's not a lot of information about it in English. When I do searches, I only get information on Rakuten global or the US Rakuten (rakuten.com). And Rakuten Japan and Rakuten US is obviously not the same. I understand it's probably because my searches are being typed in English which leads me to this outcome, but because I don't speak Japanese, I don't know how else to do research on it. My partner, who speaks Japanese, will be helping me with the store so I won't need to worry about the language obstacle. But I just wanted to find information on my own, such as the exact pricing (monthly and other fees), advice on making a successful store, etc.


I'd be very grateful if anyone could help or point me in the right direction.

Where is the best place to advertise a Garmin GPS, with Malaysia and Singapore maps on board? It's just under a year old.
