I am getting really annoyed with my neighbours, my house faces their house and their roof top, they got this nasty filipino man who is always on the roof top looking into my house, sometimes he points his mobile phone towards me but doesn't make it clear if he is taking shots. He pretends to be working hanging laundry, they live there for 5 years and it is only for past 8 months that this is happening (my security guard is filipino as well so i can't expect any help). Is there a government dept that I can go to complain or should i just got to police and file a complaint, can i do that? the employers know what's happening but they don't seem to care.
any advice will be appreciated.
