3 bedrooms serviced apartment 20k?

Hi everybody


I have just arrived 2 weeks ago in hk. My family will join me in a months and I am looking for a serviced apartment 3 bedrooms for 20k.

I have gone though all the websites advertised in xpat: it's around 30-40k. Any idea where I can find one for 20 k? It hasn't to be in central districts. Just in children friendly areas.

We've got pretty much all the serviced apartments in HK advertising with us --- I don't think you will find 3 bedrooms for under 20k...

Why do you need a serviced apartment? Get a normal apartment, buy some furniture and employ a maid, it would cost you far less over a two year period.

Because in this forum they advised us to find first our child school and then we can look for our final apartment

I have been looking in the websites registered here. Even for 25k I cannot find a 3 bedrooms serviced apartments. If anyone has a idea, thanks

Get a 2-bedroom serviced apartment first.

We arrived a month ago into small 1 BR serviced flat in Happy Valley (friendly staff and clean) but even that is about 25K/month. Although we chose to live in Mid-Levels, Happy Valley is very child friendly and has community feel. If you want more info on 1st month experience and dealing with estate agents send message. Good luck!
