where can i get a Double Edged safety razor?

(Im 20 years old)im in dire need of a Double Edged safety razor, i have sensitive skin and tried all sorts of creams and blades and methods(inc shaving in shower) but i can never get a close shave without ingrown hairs and irritation...so i need to get these safety razors but cant find them anywhere in Hk (cant order online either)...does anyone know if ive missed a place in HK that sells these glorious razors?? A rough estimate of the price would be appreciated too.

fanda in central sells 5 blades for about 50 dollars. as for the razor i got mine on ebay (from china) for about 40 usd with the stand, a pretty good badger hair brush and a new razor
