Lodger won't move out!!

Hi Everybody!


I've been HK about a month now and so I'm not too familiar with the place. Here is my dilemma and I hope to have you give me an insight to what I must do.


We have a piece of Land rented from the government about 80-90 years ago in Yuen Long.

When my grandparents passed away there were 3 sons. However it is rented and still in My grand dads name. My 3nd uncle "married" a mainlander who is considerably younger than him and bought her son here to HK fathered by a different man, though she claims otherwise.


Anyway I've come back and want to do something with the land and she said Neither my father or the oldest has the right to be here, because we were out of the country for so long and my oldest uncles and my father have "said" they don't want part of it according to her.


She has put my 2nd uncle now in care she takes over $100 000 in rent and hasn't paid anything to us (i'm not sure if we are entitled either) She says if you want it, she happily split (it's the governments!) the land between us!


She uses it smuggle petrol and other illegal goods there, her mother has illegally comeback to HK. and she keeps stubbing her cigarettes on my granparents photos!! Is there anyway I can get her out?
