unfaithful partner

l am married to my husband who is in his 30s, l am in 40s. l got a rewarding business. He's not working, lives off me, and often goes out "with friends". cut to the chase, he often comes back smelling of perfume and has lipstick marks on him. he is unfaithful, and it is time for a divorce. l am afraid he will claim half my net worth. been informed that if l can prove he has been unfaithful l can divorce him without the burden of alimony, even giving him a cent.
so how can l set up any phone including iphone 6 so can record remotely as much as possible, eg what is said, what msgs are sent or received via apps like QQQ, wechat, whatsapp? is there a shop that can set up your phone like this?"Find My iPhone" app is so so as doesnt give exact location, and requires the phone to be switched on with mobile data on. anything that is precise and works if phone on or off?

Definitely talk to a divorce lawyer before starting a covert hacking / spying operation! They should be able to advise you on best course of action. Might be expensive but at least you'll know where you're going rather than finding out that your evidence isn't valid because illegally obtained (no idea if that's actually the case, just an example).

if you are the main breadwinner, then in a divorce, regardless of the reasons for the divorce, the courts will strive to ensure the weaker party at least is capable of maintaing the life style they have become accustumed to



but all is not lost, you can have a bit of fun with this but you should speak to a lawyer



for example, you can set up a trust fund of all your assets and declare your ex as one of the beneficiaries. The advantage of this is that he is only entitled to what you specify and the conditions you impose and cannot get his hands on all your assets outright



so for example, you can declare his equitable interest in the form of a regular stream of cash flow from investment gains from your assests managed by the trustee



but what is the fun in this??? Well, you can further specify conditions such as his receipt of the moneys is conditioned upon him remaining celibate :), once he breaks that condition, he gets nothing



So, speak to a lawyer and give him his due but, as trueto the saying, hell hath no fury as a woman scorned, make sure you extract your pound of flesh too :)
