Seeking information regarding unpaid credit card debt

I left Hong Kong 4 years ago with an unpaid credit card debt of HKD 90K. All along there is no news from collection department, because I didn't update any new address, and call from there. However recently the collection department somehow managed to trace my last company which I worked for, not in Hong Kong, and send collection letter to my last company. A few questions I need to clarify:

1. How did they manage to trace the company address? I still mantain a bank account in other bank with my last updated information in tact. Does it mean my other bank divulge my information to the credit card company?

2. Is it legal for them to send the letter to my previous company?

3. The HR of the previous company had called them to inform them that the person they looking for is no longer with the company and requested them to stop sending any mail address to me. Apparently they have accepted the request. Will they still send any collection notice to my previous company?

4. I was informed in the letter that they are willing to workout some repayment plan. Is it possible to negotiate a discounted amount and give them a lump sum payment? The total outstanding is around HKD 140K however I would like to negotiate it to HKD 100K. Is it feasible?

Your advice is appreciated. Thank you.
