From 8pm til 11 sometimes 12 and beyond, the kid (I am thinking 2-4yo) just cries and cries and screams "Mummmy-ahh" (Chinese obv) constantly. .
I can only guess the mother is either tone deaf or is sitting on the sofa refusing to share the ice cream or something.
Lets face it, she seems totally unconcerned about the noise,
It is driving me insane.
If i mention it, i will just get abuse from them.
How about i just leave a dummy (pacifier) in their letterbox?
