Hi everyone I found a gold neckless and gave it to police station they said the will give me back in 3 months if no one claims but already 3 months they didn't told me anything that if someone claims was thinking to sell it and give some money to poor peoples thank u for your time if u experience it let me knew thank you very much !

Go and ask the police wheter they had give the nekelace to its owner? If they said yes than you ask for the documents proof. If they said no than ask to take it back from them.
You should have the copy of the item when they take from you right?
