I live already longer in Hong Kong and just got a baby boy who is now 7 weeks old.
Now it comes to the question of vaccination and since it is our first baby we could need some help.
Back home in Europe we do not have the TB (tuberculosis) vaccination recommended anymore but I heard that it is a kind of 'must do' in Hong Kong. I am not against vaccination but the TB stuff is not fun at all.
Here my question: Is it true that public kindergarten and schools in Hong Kong do not accept children who have no TB vaccination?
And what happen if parents come with a 3 year old child to Hong Kong, let's say from europe (no TB vaccination in europe)? Can they also not go on public kindergarden and schools?
Looking forward to some answers from parents in Hong Kong. Thanks.
