Need cheap and basic space for lighting show work and rehearsal

looking for cheap to rent and easily accessible space for dj to set up light show for programming and practice. Do not require studio facilities. Should be approx 100<200 sq feet.

Ideal would be a g/f of unoccupied village house, or shop/factory/office storeroom (with electric supply).

Any recommendations/leads welcomed

Not noisy at all as just need space to set up and program lights -use computer programming so don't need sound activated.

Tai Po is a bit out of the way for me, where about in Tai Po and most important thing is g/f with easy access. Also, how much for one month use?
