Internet with PCCW

Hi

I am about to move into my first rental property in HK and I need to arrange Broadband to enable me to work from home and general data browsing. It would seem PCCW is the only provider to my apartment and they are offering the following:

Hardwired 6M unlimited Internet with installation fee of $980 and a monthly fee of $398

In order to upgrade to Wifi, they want an extra one off payment of $6800 for a router and two extenders.

My questions are:
- Is 6M going to be fast enough?
- Can I maybe get the router and extenders to enable wif cheaper anywhere else?
- What are my options for improving this speed if necessary?
