classified area is being hijacked by dealers posing as private sellers

I have tried to contact Asiaexpat through the correct channels; however, there doesn’t appear to be a channel for raising issues.
I think that the 'Direct Car Owners...' section in the classified area is being hijacked by dealers posing as private sellers.
For example, I recently placed an advert for my car at the required cost. I was contacted by a chap who claimed to want to swap my car with one of his; this car was one of three he was selling which were advertised in the private area- he also told me he was a dealer. Perhaps this is not necessarily a problem; however, for people paying to advertise their cars this means that within a few days their cars are on page 10-15, way out of sight. It's acknowledged that nobody bothers to look too far back as they may consider the cars sold (this is supported by the fact that calls and enquiries diminish rapidly.
I feel I have wasted my money.
