Renewing a lease without using a property company

Am about to renew the lease with the tenants who have been living in the flat I am renting in Ap Lei Chau for the last two years.

As do not wish to pay a property agent 5% commission for simply slightly amending, reissuing and processing a lease, any ideas as to whether someone else will handle the amends/stamp duty for me and how much I might have to pay them?
