Hello, I am in HK on an employment visa - very soon I will be a HK PR.

I am considering to move in with a friend of mine (Friend is a HK PR and owns his apartment). I would want to continue to have some legal proof of address etc so I will get the gas bill changed to my name.

In terms of rental agreement
- Is it compulsory we both sign a rental agreement?
- Is there any minimum value that needs to be the rent or rent can be anything decided mutually however low?
