Hello all,

I need to consult a solicitor for the purchase of a company in HK.

It is only a very small, shell company that is only used to indirectly purchase an asset, but I'd like to get some legal advice to know all of the ramifications of buying and owning such and to go over the purchase contract.

Could anyone recommend a solicitor that could help me with that. Nothing fancy...
