Hi,

My visitor visa will be expired on Jan 12, 2015. Apparently, my flight departure will be on Jan 13, 2015 at 00:45. If I leave the custom at 10:30pm on Jan 12,2015, will it be ok and not overstayed in HK? Please help!! I can't find any information about it.

as long as you cross Immigration (not customs) by 11:59PM on Jan 12, 2015, you are good.
