Everything seems expensive and over-priced. Does anyone have any good contacts for South African beef biltong in Hong Kong?

Kim, you should definitely try the Biltong Chief. Email them at info@biltongchief.com or check out their FB page, Biltong Chief Limited. Prices are far superior to other online shops or retailers.

I'm a South African living in Hong Kong and I make biltong. No preservatives (nitrates), cereals, MSG or additives. Just good old NZ striploin beef and spices. I sell for 290/kg, sliced in vacuum packs of 300g or 500g. I also do a smoked habanero version.
