Hi All, anyone know an Australian Justice of the Peace in HK that can witness some mortgage forms for oz?

You could try the Aussie consulate.
They sign things on certain days of the week. I think they are expensive so better check.

Also near the Wan Chai stations there is a government place that signs them. You will need to ask a local for info.
